- Abrasion Tester: Cover Wear measurements. Used for checking the abrasion resistance of belt covers.
- Instrom: Rubber Strength measurements. Can be used to determine the tensile strength of rubber and ply adhesions of the belt.
- H Block: Cord Gum Strength measurements. Used to conduct H Block pull out tests to determine the bond strength and tear strength of the rubber.
- Vulcanization Data: A Rheometer produces vulcanization data for rubber compound. The MDR curve analysis ensures compounds will cure and process as intended.
Each Belt Test results in a comprehensive report being provided to the customer.
