Vulcaweld
Field Press – 5 kg/cm² (75 PSI) Maximum
The Vulcaweld (VWP) model is the preferred unit for splicing light duty rubber conveyor belt (2 ply) and heavier PVC and PU belting. The increased pressure is required for proper splicing of the belt. Temperatures can be adjusted as required up to 200 ºC (392 ºF).

- Modular platen assembly comprised of custom extruded plank, silicone heating element and durable composite insulation package
- Efficient heating/cooling cycle with maximum platen temperature up to 200 ºC (392 ºF)

FRAME
- The sturdy two-piece aluminum frame is light and easy to maneuver for splice placement
- Press can be fitted with an upper platen lift and placed on a cantilever stand for regular shop use

- Upstroking VWP has a maximum operating pressure of 5 kg/cm2 (75 psi)
