The Almex BAT HBSC-001 Belt Cutter offers precision cutting for finger splices as well as the heavy-duty torque required to cut through multiply belts. The laser guide and LED allow you to cut with precision even low-light conditions
The Almex BAT HBSC-001 Belt Cutter Kit includes a belt cutter platform that sits the saw upright, a cordless or corded driver unit, a special hardened blade and a driver adapter collar. The HBSC Cuts straight warp and plied conveyor belting as well as non-reinforced rubber.
The base plate with its ribbing behind the saw to reduce drag on the rubber, rolls smoothly and easily across the work surface. All parts are machined from aircraft aluminum alloy and fit together eliminating welded parts and issues with bending and twisting or corrosion from the elements. Excellent for slitting and finger cutting, this tool is capable of cutting all fabric plied rubber belting up to 50.8 mm (2”).
