- A cleaning solvent for all types of rubber, metal and fabric surfaces
HST Splice Surface Prep is an industrial solvent, cleaner and degreaser. It will not leave an oily residue or impede adhesion. HST can be used on all rubber, metal, and fabric surfaces. It is ideal for cleaning the splice area before applying cement and splice materials.
