The Belt Patch Kit (BK1-001) is the best solution for minor repairs of conveyor belt damage. It comes complete with the necessary tools, adhesives, solvents and materials. Repaired belts can often be put back into service within 6-8 hours.
The BK1-001 kit can be used on RMA I & II conveyor belts manufactured by Scandura Goodyear, Georgia Duck, US Rubber, Continental and many others. The repair materials have a higher abrasion resistance than the original conveyor belt.
Can be used for edge repairs, longitudinal rips, punctures, skirt board wear, cover gouges and re-attaching cleats and sidewall on belts and above.
