Over the years maintenance departments have searched for a skirting system that could be adjusted by just one person and significantly reduce the cost of cleanup. 1... Easy to install! The mounting hanger is quickly and easily tack welded to the conveyor structure. Install the 5' (1500mm) rubber skirting into the serrated channels and tap into place against the belt. With the rubber "T" locks mounted into the serrated channels the skirtboard rubber cannot work free and creep back up like other systems. With channels every 4" (100mm) the rubber skirt contours to the belt profile to maintain a tight dust seal.
2... Easy to Maintain & Adjust! One person with a rubber mallet can adjust the rubber skirting easily and simply in just minutes. With EZ Skirt there are no brackets, nuts or bolts, wrenches or clamps to worry about. One piece, stainless steel hanger means no moving parts making this system virtually maintenance free.
3... Easy to Replace! When the rubber skirt has worn through its full depth simply remove the worn piece from the serrated channel and insert a new piece of EZ Skirt rubber. Only a screwdriver and rubber mallet required. Tested & Proven… EZ Skirt Works!
